Fovex Systems Private Limited (“Fovex”, “we”, “us”) operates fovex.ai and supplies industrial computer vision systems. Our registered office is at 416 Satyamev Elite, Beside Vakil Saheb Bridge, Bopal-Ambali SP Ring Road, Bopal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380058, India.

This is the point that matters most to our customers, so we state it first. Fovex vision systems run entirely on-premises on edge hardware installed inside your facility. Camera streams, inference results, defect images and production telemetry are processed on that hardware and stored on your network.

We do not route customer video to any cloud service, and we do not copy it to our own infrastructure, as part of normal system operation. Where a deployment, support investigation or model-training engagement requires us to access or receive footage, that access is agreed with you in writing in the applicable contract or statement of work, and is governed by that agreement rather than by this policy.

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you enter:

• Contact form— name, email address, company, phone number, area of interest and your message.
• Demo request form— name, email address and industry.

We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange demonstrations or assessments you have asked for. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

This site loads Google Analytics (measurement ID G-HWSZ3NQDLE) and Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MPK9QRW6). These set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring site, and device and browser characteristics. This is processed by Google as described in Google’s own privacy documentation.

You can block these through your browser settings or a content blocker. The site functions normally without them.

Form submissions are transmitted through the following third-party services:

• Web3Forms— relays contact-form submissions to our inbox.
• Resend— delivers demo-request notification emails to us.
• Google— analytics and tag management, as described above.

These providers process data on our behalf in order to deliver your message. They may store it on infrastructure outside India.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and for any period required by applicable tax and company law. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@fovex.ai and we will respond. Depending on where you are located, you may have additional statutory rights, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the EU/UK GDPR.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date shown above.
